STOTT Pilates® at Simple Balance focuses on the
individual person and their specific needs.
Smaller class sizes allow everyone to receive
the personal attention that they deserve. A
great deal of focus is placed on the supporting
muscles of the spine and stabilizing the core
muscles of the torso. Through the use of proper
execution and in most cases modifications
everyone can reap the benefits of enhanced
flexibility, strength, balance and coordination.

Try your first week of group sessions free of
classes are limited to 8 people per class.

Tuesday- 4:45pm and 6:00pm
1 Hour Private Instruction- $60
Group Matwork Classes- $10
10 sessions you will feel the difference; in 20
you will see the difference; and in 30 you will
have a whole new body."
What will I need to get started?
All you will need to get started is yourself and
some clothes that are easy to move in, yet not
too loose, so that your instructor is able to
see how your body is moving and can make gentle
corrections when needed.
Mats are provided for your convenience and are
cleaned between every class.
If you are recovering from, or are under a
physicians care for an injury, please consult
with her/him before attending your first class.
While Pilates can be a great compliment to your
rehab program, we would like to make sure that
you are ready to begin a Pilates program
